Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated online and involve factors such as the number of items ordered, the weight of those items and the shipping destination. Trampolines (without FunRing) are shipped in one box. A Combo (trampoline and FunRing are typically shipped in two boxes). These items are oversized and heavy. To determine the shipping rates for the items you would like to order, start your order online. Once you enter the “ship to” address on the order form the next page will calculate the shipping charges. At that point you can either continue or cancel all before any credit card information is entered. Your order will not be placed till you finalize the order. Delivery Times Trampolines and items of the larger sizes are shipped by ground freight directly from JumpKing's warehouse. Orders will typically leave the warehouse 3 to 14 business days from the date of your order. Smaller items will normally ship by UPS. The delivery times to the recipient’s destination will vary once the item is shipped. Please allow approximately 3 weeks for delivery of trampolines. We do NOT provide online tracking of your order.
